The two hospitals St. Anna Krankenhaus Sulzbach-Rosenberg and St. Johannes Klinik Auerbach are part of the "Krankenhäuser des Landkreises Amberg-Sulzbach" municipal company, which provides the highest quality of medical care. The various departments of the hospitals cover all medical specialties.

The project
The core part of the project is the complete replacement of the document management software DMS Pro, which was previously used to digitize paper records. Moreover, synedra AIM is in use as a multimedia PACS in all hospitals. All DICOM devices and all video and multimedia data sources are connected to it. Thus, the users always have a complete overview of all patient data in the hospital. To enable streamlined workflows, synedra AIM is deeply integrated with the HIS by Nexus Medicare.
